I don't think the ones who score points based on my criteria will pose any risk..
If someone was born in Pakistan, is educated (at least bachelor degree) in Pakistani educational institutions, has enough assets (worth of at least 5 million PKR), has no distant relatives who are known terrorists, do not have serious health problems, and no criminal history, I think they will not indulge in any kind of terrorism.. What do you say?
The benefit is that we will save a lot of money from going out, and they will benefit the economy..
The same rule is being applied in western countries..

Almost all of the Afghans present in Pakistan house the sentiment that KPK belongs to Afghanistan, given that with their natural afghan tendency to easily take up arms, bringing them into Pakistans mainstream will pose a risk of such magnitude that TTP will look like a child in pampers to you. Do you think TTP's main fighting body consisted of foreign fighter's, hell no!!!, most of them were locals who had been brain washed with the narrative of Pak army bieng a kaffir army etc etc who aided and abetted kafir America in destroying muslim Afghanistan. Yes the main leadership, command and vital officials of TTP consisted of foriegn operatives with a large number of uzbek, afghan and central asian fighters but the main body was local.
Do you want millions of such entities roaming around Pakistan with valid natioanlity, they would be guicy fly's for Raw/Cia/Nds to recruit and establish 20 more TTP's in diff areas of Pakistan.
There would be massive political reprecussions too cause right now the overwhelming Pakhtoon Pakistani's in KPK are loyal Pakistan yet upon induction in Pakistan most of these Afghans will settle in KPK and volla u have half the population opposed to KPK remaining with Pak in a jiffy.
There are massive economic reprecussions too, we are unable to support our own population, our economy is in shambles n we run on IMF loans and you want to add the wieght of millions to it.
We have reflected the perfect sentiments of the Ansars of Medina by hosting millions of them for decades despite massive losses incurred upon us in terms of terrorism, slaughter of Pakistani's and tremendous losses to economy but now its time to choose Pakistan above all others because these Afghans have now become an existential threat to Pakistan and when it comes to Pakistan, let all date orchards of Arabia burn, even a single Pakistani tree is more valuable to me.
