Peace and tranquility at Borders are must for "Excellent ties " Be it India or Afghanistan. Durrand Line and LoC issues unless settled amicably will never let this region be peaceful.

Only Pak-Afghan can bring peace to the region. Period. India is irrelevant here so do not bring her in. India-Pakistan can resolve their issues on other side of the border. Pak-Afghan region only belongs to Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Durand line was imposed by the Britishers but there should be a peaceful coexistence of both the nationals without any armed confrontation. Afghans have already given their whole country to foreign forces on rent.
NATO and allied forces have been raping Afghanistan for the last one decade, even today Taliban's control area is much more than what afghan gov. actually holds under its nose.
