even UN cant do anything about constitution of pakistan. every one need pakistan permission if anyone want to use pakistan water territory. either you accept it or not, pakistan is the bitter truth for india in order to expand indian influence in the region with easy access or else indian products will more expansive. for india it`s batter to work with Pakistan as china is doing, but your Modi ego with Pakistan will drown only india in this region. it is really Good for Pakistan and india to work together rather then creating propaganda, conspiracy. Afghanistan is passing through a tough phase as it has been in war for last 4 decades. Anyone whose house is on fire would expect the neighbors to help. It is unbelievable that while Afghanistan is burning, Pakistan would not pass the bucket of water from another neighbor saying he is my enemy, I wont let him help you douse the fire. But what else can you expect from such a country which accepted 25 million dollar help from the same enemy but in order to keep their self respect they asked the enemy to route it via the UN.

i just hope more and more people within these countries realize how delicate the relationship between these countries has become.

afghanistan is a backward country with backward people. they would blame others for their problems without pointing out the obvious which is their backwardness. the number of open minded people is incresing however but only very very sligthly, owing to education abroad. we will realize the density of our issues with time eventually however the time spectrum being a broad one.

but it saddens me greatly knowing that this is the exact same issue in pakistan and india. Even though the majority of the populous is way more qualified to find a common ground.

You are 100% right. South Asia is one of the most poor regions of the world. We have differences among ourselves and unfortunately we let these differences come in way of our development. I also hope that the people of this region realize the importance of delinking economic development from political differences.
