Total of 3000 afghan students are already studying on the scholorship programme. Most are in top notch world ranking unis like LUMS , IBA , NUST , Quaid e azam and many more.

Our government is spending $ 55000 on each afghan student.

You are going tangent here my friend, you see your taking stuff without backing them, you said 1500 scholarships from LUMs, can you point me to that figure.

Do you still think Pakistan has tried all the steps that has been outlined in your wishlist for Pakistan???
Pakistan has times in 1990 when Afgan war was going on...Since 2001, the next generation Afgan war is already created impression in the mind of Afgans that Pakistan is basically anti Afganistan...India simply has to play around with the victim good game in Afghanistan..The more and more India is attacked in Afganistan, India will gain upper hand in the mind of ordinary people...India will say, we are trying to help the orignary people of Afganistan by building roads and Hospitals but Pakistan does not like progress of Afganistan in a positive way...

Again, I would love to see Pakistan follow your suggested approch and keep on attacking India in Afgainstan...this will increase the soft power image in a more and more each day..

India built those things for own scheme of things. If India is so keen to help Afghanistan then please send your armed forces to fight against Taliban just like you had sent yours to Sri Lanka to fight "with" LTTE.

If India is friend of Afghanistan then in this difficult period India should take Afghan Refugees.

Did you even read the website? LUMS , IBA ,NUST are all of the same standard. So far more than 3000 afghan students have been awarded scholorships. Does it make a difference if LUMS is offering them or agha khan?its still a Pakistani university offering an afghan to study to which our government has to foot the bill worth $ 55000 on each student.
