there is a lot of talk about tribal areas making a new province if it is to be a new province it must not be named qabaelistan instead it should be named as Afghani . As historically this region alongwith KPK was called afghania and it also completes the name of Pakistan as the "A" was given to Afghania by MAulana Zafar Ali Khan.

It should not be named on ethnicities that only leads to more division. You dont see the US naming states "Native Americanistan, Blackistan, Hispanistan". But, we should annex the Pastshun majority provinces who are more linked to Pakistan than they are to Afghanistan.

You don't see Martial Law in USA either. Your statement is simply inapplicable here. Provinces in Pakistan can be named via popular votes and referenda, if there is disagreement about the names.

As far as we know, Pakistan's name was chosen by one man: Rahmat Ali. The East Bengal name not even included in the name and Pakhtun populated areas were named as Afghania. We have New Mexico state in United States and Mexico does not object it. Then we also have Macedonia name being contested between Greece and Macedonia. While the "India" name is being hijacked by Bharatis as it signifies Pakistani river Indus.

Let tribals decide what they want, Afghania, waziristan or anything else. its local matter.

The etymology of Pakistan as defined by Ch Rahmat Ali isnt fully understood. I stood for Iran and Tan for Tocharistan- the ancient name for the 5 Central Asian stans + Eastern Turkestan (aka Xinjiang Uyghur AR).
