Here is my take on that, all Afghani (including 1st and 2nd generations) should be registered. They should be allowed a special Nadra refugee ID card which will allow them to work in Pakistan. There is nothing for them in Afghanistan. We must Integrity them in society so they can also become tax payer and contribute to the economy. Anyone involved in any extremism/terrorism must do the time and agree to go through reform process so they can be integrated in the society otherwise they can be send back. It’s like parole system.

These acts are condemable but I always think its not these peoples fault but our government and policy makers. These people have been living in Pakistan for decades. Why have we not educated them with Pakistani ideology, why these people dont have love for Pakistan and our people. The root cause is lack of education, why have we not educated them on who supported soviets during the 1980s war leading to 1000s of Afghani deaths. I am sure these guys dont have any clue. I've met many good afghanis in Kashmir who made millions by living and working in Pakistan but have no clue about politics so they follow whatever the media tells them. Same as Pakistanis, most public just follows the media or corrupt parties. Thank Allah azzawajal for our army and patriotic Pakistanis who always try to educate our population.

We need to be a responsible state, a state with outstanding ideology and education system. An education system that will change who ever touches us. An education system that teaches our ideology, mindset, culture, values.

Learn from the west, they dont mind Muslims mixing in with them because they know their ideology, thinking, mindset, way of life will change others as they believe they are strong in their system. We should also learn from the Islamic history and change our education system and fill it work OUR beliefs, OUR values.
