That why they failed even last time in Kashmir during 90's

Not successful?? Dude the whole of pakistani kashmir was taken by pashtun tribals. My own family fought in 1948. They say arrival of tribesmen with their experience in mountain warfare badly damaged india and were on the fall. They said we were on hills overseeing srinagar n plan was to take it the next day but Pakistan army announced ceasefire and asked tribals to go back n war is over.
