Afghan Taliban launch coordinated attacks in 10 provinces in Afghanistan, hundreds of soldiers, mili

Out of 18 pushtoon tribes almost all live on Pakistan side with some in punjab and Baluchistan ..its Pakistan not Afghanistan that presents pushtoons ...the majority in Afghanistan is non pushtoons as it is in Pakistan but if considered as single ethnic group rather than language group it will become perhaps largest ethnic group or second if punjabis are grouped as a single group

Now compare that with few 1000 people mostly refugees from 3 million Afghans with Mr pasheen...if that is your level than swedish have more nazi supporters than this guy has in Pakistan ...he was largely ignored till western media picked him up

.
The problem with Karzai, was probably he was not a Pakistani puppet.
It is up to the Paschtun community to produce leaders which can represent them.

No the problem was that he was a US/NATO puppet. Handpicked that is. Who else would give coffers filled with millions of dollars to do their bidding?

The Pakistani Pashtun are doing fine. We will fence the border and remove Afghans from Pakistani territory. Afghans are a security risk. Afghanistan is free to choose whoever they want as their leader. We, the Pakistani Pashtun are different to Afghans. We share no commonality. We have our own norms and values. We have our own customs. Afghans don't fit in our culture.

Pakistan and Afghanistan didn't get along well before, but the West sought a conflict between both. You have got it now.

As others have mentioned, Pakistan has supported the Taliban.
No surprise, there is a backlash.

Yes, we did support the Taliban like India and the West has supported the Northern Alliance. We are both guilty in that regard, but that is the political dimension to this conflict.

There is no backlash. The Pakistani Pashtun fully support the Pakistani army and the nation. We are patriotic Pakistanis and contribute greatly to the Pak armed forces. The West is trying to build a false narrative, but your PTM spring has failed to even launch.

Like I said, Afghanistan is imploding and you can't even control Kabul. It is better for you to focus on Afghanistan. Pakistan is beyond your reach now.

taken out of the context..didnt the west supported taliban too

Pakistan supported a group after it brought peace to Afghanistan, so that peace can be maintained and so it can handle it 10 million refugee problem....once it noticed international invovlement of that group it withdrew it support
to take it context 60,000 refugees and west going into flames over it

for now it seems NATO/US is financing taliban by allowing it to produce opium(per US own sources), remember unlike Marianas opium cannot be grown in houses or garages..its grown openly and traded openly, every one gets their cut

.
There are procedures in place for referendum in Sweden, so if the issue comes up we can handle that.
The Taliban are the reason for the mess. You want the wolf guarding the sheep.
The Afghans are incapable of forming an alternative solution taliban are their best bet at stability

.
So was there a referendum or not?

The referendum did happen in june 1947 in in which overwhelmingly the people opted for Pakistan. At that time the whole region was part of British india and the referendum was done to ask the people which of the two new entities india or Pakistan the people would like to join and they opted to join Pakistan.

It seems the european idea of referendum is to keep on having them till they get the result they want

Speaking of referendums here is one that happened not so recently in the middle of europe

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catalan_independence_referendum,_2017

Now lets see your open hypocrisy here in front of all us "Islamo fascists crazy people" , do you support the Catalan referendum , which passed , for indepedncne from Spain ?

So did Pakistan allow Pashtoons to vote on independence?
Should be a safe bet, if truly they want to remain in Pakistan.

You do not know the amount of support, before there is a referendum.
Referendums are known to have surprising results.
That Area did joined Pakistan through referendum in 1947,which was held by Brits.

Nope, I do not support referendums, but I know that many here supports referendums for Kashmir, Crimea and Catalonia. Hypocricy is when You support only those referendums that will favour You.
So did the Pashtuns get an option to be part of Afghanistan in 1947?

The Afghans are incapable of forming an alternative solution taliban are their best bet at stability

The Afghans have problems forming an alternative solution because of the Taliban.
The comments in this thread that Pakistan should start to support the Taliban openly,
explains your comment.

The West never supported the creation of the Taliban, because they emerged several years after the US left Afghanistan. Benazir Bhutto claimed that the Taliban was trained and funded by Pakistan. PDF members are confirming that this support continues right now but covertly.

It is all good to claim that sources exist, without referring to any. With a few thousand soldiers in a country the size of Afghanistan, there is a lot, the US does not do.
You can claim that Pakistan is financing the opium trade as well, because Pakistan is not taking any action vs the Opium farmers.

The whole bloody world knows that the West created the Taliban and many other terror groups for their own gains. You denying this won't change the reality. President Trump stands in front of the whole world and admits how his country created ISIS.

Having said that, the West has lost its war in Afghanistan. It doesn't even matter what you propose. It is game over.

Afghanistan and Pakistan are not on friendly terms and this is largely because of Western meddling. You got your wish, but now you are also responsible for cleaning up the mess that you created in Afghanistan. Playing this cowardly blame game against Pakistan won't get you anywhere. You should in now that after 17 years.

The simple reality is that Pakistan won't be part of any US/NATO campaign in Afghanistan anymore. We lost tens of thousands of innocent people. Our economy bore the brunt. Today we are accused by people like you for not doing enough and even worse.

It is over. Pakistan now firmly belongs in the other camp. We will work with regional allies. The West has no future with Pakistan.

In the 1947 referendum all the entities had three options to join Pakistan, India or become independent of both but they chose to be with Pakistan so why would they join Afghanistan.

So was there a referendum or not?
why would we give a referendum to Afghans living in Pakistan we'd rather throw them out.

It is a worthless debate. He is trying his best to stir a debate about the territorial disputes between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The border between Afghanistan and Pakistan is a settled issue. The Durand line is the recognized border. This Swede is parroting the Afghan narrative. We know the Afghan position on the border. They haven't gotten over it.

This proves my point all along. The West is an unreliable partner in any case for Pakistan. Suddenly the Pashtun "issue" has come to the forefront. First is was Balochistan that was being oppressed, but they clearly failed in that regard. They have also failed to fabricate a PTM spring. They are trying their best though.

We will have to accept that the West is not a friend. Never has been and never will be. It is an obstacle to peace in Asia. Pakistan should have minimal interaction with nations that don't recognize our territorial integrity. There is nothing to reason or debate with peoples and nations that attack your being.

DO YOU WANT ME TO POST PICTURES OF RONALD REGAN WITH future Taliban leaders..WTF

WTF ...PAKISTAN HAS ZERO OPIUM PRODUCTION(PER UN)..DO YOU WANT US TO GO INTO AFGHANISTAN...??????

I MEAN ....ATLEAST STICK TO COMMON SENSE IN DEBATE!!!!!!!!

pakistan never created taliban ALONE, e created them with west to battle soviets and protect pakistan..after wards usa left leaving
10 million refugees and put sanctions on us, we were desperate to support any group that would BAN OPIUM AND BRING PEACE, so we supported who ever brought stability and were not war criminals

remember
opium kills 10x more people in west every month than terrosim has killed in last 20 years..in USA alone it was 10,000 overdoses related to heroine(world 95% is produced in Afghanistan)

As others have mentioned, Pakistan has supported the Taliban.
No surprise, there is a backlash.
usa and europe supported mujaheddin no surprise if their black lash

the level of insensitivity you have is amazing

do you really belong to Sweden, you look like typical insensitive/inhuman Indian

It is highly ironic you should talk about a backlash when terror attacks are taking place in your part of the world. Not a day goes by and we hear about attacks.

You are in no position to lecture others when you are part of the problem.

The Swede is trying to divert the topic.

This topic is about instability in Afghanistan.

The West has failed in Afghanistan. This attack proves again how badly the Afghan war has failed. The US/NATO coalition with all its might and resources is fabricating excuses for being unable to beat sandal wearing Taliban.
