It was a defeat. USA cannot stay in somebody else's home forever.

They never do. Take Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan for example. They fought the war and left.

USA dosent care what the world thinks , it's the public opinion back home, they moved out of Afghanistan when the public opinion was against staying in Afghanistan. You can spin how ever you want , but deep down you know , if USA lands again in Afghanistan ,there is nothing much taliban can do.
