You guys seriously need to learn and read about history and see who destroyed Afghanistan, who started it and whose war it was that was left to Pakistan.

You guys sitting there peacefully in India all can do best is spill out BS, as none of what happened in Afghanistan has affected you nor did you people had to integrate millions in your society at the cost of your own people.

And for the record, the undoing of Afghanistan was and is on the hands of Afghans themselves, go read history and then come and talk. Okay, okay back to the topic, Pakistani people indeed did a lot for Afghans, but, in my humble opinion, you shouldn't blame the Afghans but your own Government for that. Also it doesn't give you a right to dictate their foreign policy.

We once did a lot for Bangladeshis, but that doesn't give us a say in their internal matters.

Its not like Pakistan had any love lost for Afghanistan. Its true that Pakistan provided them shelter when they were pouring into the country in millions. But to come to think of it, the Afghans and even the Pashtuns inhabiting the Pakistani side hardly ever recognized the Durand line. In a way they were in their own historic lands.

True, India's major aim behind helping Afghanistan is curbing Pakistani influence. And we have a chosen a rather peaceful way of doing it, inspite of the allegations (and the lack of proof) against the consulates.

I just had a dinner yesterday with afghani family the guy lost his leg during the war. Yeah he was not very happy with Pakistan but in way that sindhis are not happy with punjabis. India is not in their mind and they will not go for india at the expense of India.

On a serious note, the indian gov should refrain from creating a scene in Afghanistan and from trying to dictate terms as they cant influence the Afghans to a point to isolate Pakistan. They just cant, and the sooner they accept the reality the better it will be for the whole region. Because just like we had a handicap when it came to E.Pakistan which latter became BD. This is where GOI is handicapped, and they are trying to buy their way in with money.
