Well there can be many different interpretations of this report. If they are legally living in Pakistan and have all the legal documents and are eligible for this job. There's nothing wrong to appoint. But if they are refugees and due to our mismanagement, no one noticed wether they are legal or not and hired. Yes then that's a huge problem.
Also, if we see the attitude of Afghanistan towards Pakistan, then we should think twice to give them opportunity.
