It is because the song is in Dari, not in Pashto

dari is not spoken by majority of afghans so this means they are only hiring from specific area especially non Pashtun ?

Dari is spoken by majority, about 20% Pashtuns are bilingual in Dari and Pashto. Due to historical reasons, Dari/Farsi has been the lingua franca of the region.

There are army songs in pashto as well. Here is a Pashto song for you. I am sure you would appreciate the good music
