well I personally did't develop the term -- languages evolve organically (most of the time at least) and someone coined the phrase and it has stuck.

Not to take away from this amazing achievement but:

Afghans are so grateful -- especially they say that Pakistan takes Afghan life and India actually gives Afghanistan life ;-)
