I think they have mounted display helmet and avionics of A29 is similar to F-16 fighter jet! A29 has most of qualities e.g, avionics, radar and weapon carrying category as F 16

My post was about Zarb e azb in Bloochistan, if that operation does not cover Balochistan its my bad, I apologize. I assumed it cover Baloochistan as it cover almost entire Pakistan from Sindh to FATA.

I am not contesting your success in Bloochitan either, all what I am saying is local or international media coverage doesnt really imply things are not changing, that was my point if you read first post as in your case of Baloochistan.

Zarb e azb was for FATA regions the areas near the afghan border which is now under army control . As for balochistan It has been peaceful there compared to previous years because the operations there too . thousands of militants are either dead or laying down their arms. The stat's back me up because there has been only 250 civilian casualties all year which is the lowest since 2006 .

In afghanistan's case 2015 was the worst year in terms of casualities so the ground realities there are different to what their media is saying .

If Pakistan was always helping the peace process Ashraf Ghani who invested all of his political capital wont be this disappointed.
I had never seen him this disappointed, he is intellectual and bear a lot of pressure, even went upsetting India. I dont know what happened behind the doors that makes him so disappointed. What do you expect Doval and Modi to do? you consider India as enemy and the feeling is mutual, do you expect them not to hurt you when you keep hurting them? Its more like a wishful thinking.

Thanks for the agreeing to my stance. Ashraf Ghani has been committed, more or less, to the peace process however he should also be able to see the whole picture and see who stands where and the people surrounding him with dubious characters. They (Karzai lobby) are doing whatever they can do to sabotage the peace process. He needs to warn them and guard himself against their tactics and develop closer relations with Pakistan and all other stakeholders for a sustainable peace in the region especially Afghanistan.

Few things:
1) Media is not allowed to cover Baloochistan and its a fact, one or two trip wont challenge it, you too know this, all of us know this.
2) I am not contesting about your success/failure/mighty success whatever in Baloochistan, all I meant was media reports are not yardstick to measure the success of operation.
3) Last year Ghani was unprepared and thought Taliban wont attack and he mentioned it many times, and Afghan forces were almost decimated by Talibans, they suffered heavy losses and humiliation but this year they are retaliating pretty well. 2015 was failure, nobody can deny this but 2016 is better in terms of Afghan forces performance. Civilian casualties is different topic, one suicide builder can kill hundreds that doesn't mean Afghan forces didnt killed Talibans.



Man he did everything you said above and most amazing this which make me his fan was even after immense pressure from opposition and 2015 failure he kept pursuing same policies. He kept putting all his weight on Pakistan and never uttered a word no matter what havoc Taliban create.

But now he is changed, he is continuously blaming Pakistan which is different, really different Ghani, almost a Karzai. So what changed this? You need to think buddy you lost a good friend there. You almost gave a free run to India now. All are against Pakistan there and thats not a good thing.

There are countless reporters who have been there . Like I said again its 2016 not 2009. Balochistan is peaceful recently than it has ever been . Can most more links about reporters who have been there recently .

Red are the areas controlled by taliban and the orange ones are contested . I don't think we will be seeing a fortune in reversal in afghanistan as every year has been worst than before. Statistics dont lie .

First of all get your poverty rate and santation system better than PK and then we can talk . 8 % growth rate talk will look good when atleast half of your public has flush system to use .

I mentioned it multiple times in the thread that I am not talking about success or failure in Baloochistan, or is Baloochistan part of Pakistan or liberation.

I simply replied to the OP which claimed entire operation of Afghan forces is failure as only local news are reporting it.
