My point is simple, Pakistanis should fantasizing another country's lands, when you cant even capture/coerce the terrorist, who slaughtered 150 of your children, who are supposedly hiding there.

Agreed, there has to be fresh approach to resolve this issue but I think Afghanistan doesn't have sincere rulers who want to resolve this issue and just use it for political reasons. ANP and other parties in Pakistan do the same.
Plus, because Pakistan is stronger than Afghanistan, Pakistan doesn't feel the need to resolve the issue through diplomatic means as Afghanistan can't do anything about it. On the other hand Pakistan has to negotiate with India about Kashmir because India is not weak as Afghanistan.

You sound like a sensible person, from your point of view what would be the best and fair solution.

We don't need to do anything. Millions of Afghans are dying and literally killing eachother to come and live in Pakistan. They want and need us not the other way around. When we close our borders they start crying and claiming genocide. Although they won't publicly admit to it, the Afghans are desperate to want to become a part of Pakistan but are too embarrass to admit to it......lol. It's time that Pakistani Pashtun should start asking Afghanistan to handover Afghanistan to them, they can manage it better sitting in Peshawar than mayor of Kabul.

This is better then what Achakzai demand. He want to make some separate province with in Pakistan for afghan refugees, kind of pointless. They have their land, they just need to merge it with Pakistan. Taking more people without land isn't really desirable since we are already 200+ million.

But then some will say what about those in non-pashtun majority areas in Kabul and west/north afghanistan? There is no perfect solution for that, with merger of border areas 90% pashtuns will be in Pakistan. Next time Achakzai open his mouth about refugees status someone should give him this solution.

Pakistani operatives in Afghanistan is nothing new (since 1970's)... even Afghanistan acknowledges it and constantly whines to the international community about it. Everyone that was associated with the APS massacre is either dead or awaiting death sentence.
