It was supposed to be a night of grand musical extravaganza as the popular reality show India’s Raw Star came to an end. But, we hear, it eventually turned out to be a nightmare for the show’s host Gauhar Khan. Looking as ravishing as always Gauhar turned up in a sizzling silvery outfit at India’s Raw Star finale and that was enough to provoke a rowdy individual from the crowd. “Everything was going smooth until someone from the crowd started teasing Gauhar. In her response Gauhar Khan started protesting and the situation started getting uglier. Gauhar started protesting and got into the questioning mode for allegedly being teased. Things then started turning messy and the man in question slapped Gauhar,” informs our source, who witnessed the ugly episode unfold before him. India’ Raw Star finale was held at Mumbai’s Film City where this unfortunate incident took place.

The ugly brawl did not end there. Apparently India’s Raw Star finalist contestant Jaffery Iqbal got involved. ” Jeffery Iqbal decided to teach the man in the question a lesson.He started beating the man who first eve-teased Gauhar and then showed the audacity to slap her,” added the source.

This ugly incident unfolded even though the police and the special security forces were present at the do. We tried to contact Gauhar as soon as we received this bit of info, but we could not reach her.

PS: Mumbai police have detained Akil Malik, 24, for attacking Gauhar Khan and slapping her. A case has been filed against him and the legal process has begun already. Malik has reportedly maintained that since Gauhar belongs to Muslim community she can’t wear revealing dresses. Reportedly, he has also added that it is not appropriate for any Muslim girl to wear such short dresses.

Our sources inform us that Gauhar will soon reach police station to give her statement. The miscreant will be produced in Borivali Court tomorrow. Reports also suggest that Akil Malik touched Gauhar inappropriately before slapping her.
