I agree with your text above but those ten points are prescribed IMO by charlatans. If we really want to reduce stress in your life we not only ally with empathetic and progressive people but also adopt two baby cats ( they need each other for support ) and raise them and protect them as you would for your children. But these two things require commitment.

The basics are Tamas, Rajas & Satva in addition to kriya, karma, bhakti, gnana, hatha.
