If the judgement has not been reserved then how is IK innocent or convict.

But there is a massive difference here which you are ignoring. NS and his gang only provided a letter from a Qatar prince and a fraudulent affidavit. No bank statements nor any transaction papers to show the transfer of money to be able to purchase those properties in London. They also were unable to justify how their wealth grew faster than their income.

Imran Khan has provided all of those.

My dear NS was disqualified for concealing information and not declaring the same in his nomination papers.

Panama Papers has been sent to NAB for investigation. NAB shall investigate and give decision.

SC is not trial court. The matter has been sent to trial court which in this case is NAB.

I know what he was disqualified for. As i said NS failed to provide any proper documents like bank statements or transaction papers. Infact they provided fradulant affidavit. Thats a massive difference which you are overlooking.
