PDF will now only allow new accounts after proper introduction by the new members. This step is taken to counter multiple ID issue where experienced forum member will create a troll ID using a proxy and violate forum rules at will.

We have also enabled tracing to catch experienced members with new accounts. This will make our 3 strike warning policy more effective where members banned will serve their time and come back after a proper suspension.

@WebMaster That's good move but, IP spoofers are virtually untraceable. VPN related, encrypted traffic can be easily analysed to identify the type and separate them statistically. Theoretically, you could link traffic patterns and behaviors in this way adjusted for encryption overhead. This is a good read.
