I'll tell u a small example. Town called Daraya went to protests against Assad. Assad in response slaughtered them, then encircled and started daily barrel bombs. During 5 years of siege Assad allowed only 1 small humanitarian convoy into Daraya (after strong pressure). Eventually all citizens of Daraya were slaughtered and displaced.

Israel on the other hand allows more than hundred truckloads into Gaza on EVERY DAY. Even when they fire rockets at our towns.
