That was not a diplomatic question to be answered in a diplomatic manner. That was a question from a journalist so it got a straightforward answer.

There are ways to handle this question. First this was a journalist asking not a formal request. He could have simply said that its a hypothetical question, when request comes parliament will decide. If you do not understand this basic diplomacy then nothing much remain to be discussed.

New Generation of Pakistan’s Generals are less aggressive/proud. Even 5 years back, they used to behave differently. Interesting to see a journalist schooling a General on how to be proud of nation. Relevant people from world should take note.

i wouldn`t call them less aggressive. It just depends, there are some who are aggressive and then there are some who aren`t. Even during bajwa`s selection time, There were one or two who would have been a perfect choice as they were super aggressive but than our politicians often chooses the ones that feels safer!

I can get the exact same results with much better language. That is expected from diplomats and head of states.

Gone are the days when US will get "diplomatic" answers. The sooner the US realizes this the better it will have bilateral relationships with countries in NWO.
