True, white kids are no better, let's not go down the path of racism. I think what weird is the response of the rest of the passengers, no one dares to utter a sound to tell off those foreign kids.

Frankly I don't even care and it's kinda cute when an american talks about islamophobia and rights of Muslims in china. While it has literally killed millions of people, including millions of Muslims and my own countrymen in so called friendly fire or collateral damage ?

Maybe they don't want to come off as overbearing, is the simpler explanation. Asian kids usually are calmer too, so it could also have surprised them.
