China really is very very nice to foreigners in China. No wonder I find this section full of articles and videos
of foreigners boasting how their lives in China is so wonderful with those rare privileges suddenly acquired.
In India, I was told, foreigners are generally treated as kshatriya, however, in China all foreigners are indeed
Brahman. That being the case, the best thing ordinary Chinese can hope for is to be treated reciprocally in foreign lands, is that possible?

The guy in the uniform seems to be a low level traffic warden and I highly doubt the student would have acted this way the Chinese police, because the Chinese state is a no non-sense state.
