What's new

A truck full of weapons have been caught by Pakistan border Authorities.

. .
Ahmeda, are you sure this is the actual image? Who would need to actually smuggle these to hunt kuggis?
Yes since many times before Raza we captured these type of guns (shot guns) most of these are Turkish or western replicas and some were original and this is not just started to happen now it been happening since Afghan refugees came here and believe me these are commercial smuggling...terrorist or R&AW not that stupid since large part of border still open means not fenced yet they can smuggle assault rifles from there.

Illegall arms should be banned
And you too....

These must be for sale on the black market and not for terrorism.
But those are pretty neat handguns i wonder which brand are they
99% replicas very bad quality.....

I had hoped this wouldn't have been reported. The trucks would have kept coming and the criminals network would have been monitored and caught as a whole instead of just 1 truck.
I think now they will report everything.

It is failure on part of law enforcement agencies.

Its the border side in Balochistan that needs proper fencing now.

Agency pride is more important to them than operational secrecy.

Indian/Afghan terror plots being foiled.

Where the critics?

You could close the shop but what about the maker.
Pakistan is known to produce replicas at a fraction of cost.
Buyers won't leave them
If not in Pakistan it will be from afghaAfghan.

If u haven't rehabilitated the workers of that industry in my opinion you failed
10,000 was total number most of them moved to Peshawar and Karachi find jobs and settle as taliban took over they cirty in 2007 and then army operation in 2008 jan . they may be doing other jobs since 10 years now

Still a considerable number to me

Well, those guns endup in shops (not terrorists). Amd yes, those shops are regustered (means legal). Dont know about the guns though. Mainly illegal ig uess because licences for automatic rifles are banned. Which means you cant buy (or in other words acquire legally) an automatic rifle. But there is hardly any check. Also, in all those areas that army conducted operstions in, the took all the weapons they found in houses (legal, illegal). And here we are talking about hundreds of thousands of guns ranging from pistols to anti aircraft guns. So things are only improving. Will take another 5-6 years for complete eraducation of gun culture.
