In India muslims can basically do anything as they please. Muslim marriages are governed by Muslim marriage law, polygamy is allowed, and there is no restriction on Mosques.

These party members, under the leadership of Hu Yaobang in 1980s, pretended to be open-minded, kicked out party leaderships in villages and local organizations, made friends with extreme ethic groups and region fundamentals. They released those prisoners by Mao and even gave government positions for them. They built much and much more mosques than schools. They built at least 2-3 mosques per village with public money. There are at least 2-3 mosques per school now, way above the highest record in the history. Before 1980s, the ratio was around 10 schools per moque. These people ruined China's hundreds of years, or thousands of years of efforts to build a peaceful Xinjiang, providing financial and legal supports for these extremists under the name of Party and governments. If you have been to Xinjiang, many schools in villages are still not good, while there are brand-new mosques built by the government. That's why Uyghurs think education is not good, and going to mosques have better futures than going to schools. Muslims without good education, This is the hotbed for terrorists and separatists.

These people should be kicked out of party and governments long and long time ago. This is a great work done by Comrade Xi. Cut the life support of terrorists, extremists and separatists from the party and governments. 30 years of bad policies are finally reversed.
