Indians are happy bunch as a close community. Of course, some 600 million do not count. Hence, they think that undesirable part of the country deserves pollution, corruption, inefficiency, stunted growth, low life expectancy etc.

For SP12 to beat Sub-Sahara Africa, they need inclusive development. But, that's against Indian cultural codes.
