A rebirth of science in Islamic countries?

Iran is an Islamic country,not because of rulers,but because majority of people are Muslims.During Pahlavi,Qajar and other dynasties,Iran was an Islamic country too.

Correct, but lets not forget that Iran's pre-Islamic (Persian) history is greater and longer than Iran's Islamic era. If you say that Iran is Islamic, you are me excluding me because I am not Islamic, but Iranian though. Iran is the thing that connects us; not Islam.
