When it comes to rape, child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and violence against women I would like to know how your countries deal with it.

In Australia we have a national sexual offenders register.

Now how it works is that once you are arrested on any of the above crimes you automatically go on this database.

In Australia if you are a pedophile or rapist you can't live near schools, playgrounds or where children gather.

As Australia has many states we have one law and this database is linked to all police departments in all states.

Of course no system is perfect and we have flaws but for the most part it works.

I know a few countries where this would be a great tool against pedophiles etc.

Do any other countries have this system?

I know the USA, UK and a few others have it.

We have law, but never forced. Majority of cases wrongfully resolved due to tribal culture. No we don't have any public data sharing for such type of convicts.

In tribal culture.. you’d be killed for the crime.

A horrific death.

You are pointing towards panchayat system of some areas in northern panjab..

Tell me which tribal culture because paedophilia is rampant in Pakistan and never heard anyone getting killed over it. Killing always happen over women honour.

How do they do it in your country, India?

Could you please enlighten?

What sort of laws do you have?

In india we too are building a sexual offenders registry .besides that the punishment for rape ranges from 7 yrs to death penalty .
It's more about ensuring that timely justice will be done,in india process is long ,tough and humiliating for a victim which needs to addressed asap.

Punish by all means but do not ignore the root cause of rape.
Its cultural. Indians only have Hinduism to teach them what is right and what is wrong.
In Hinduism, they teach you that people is low caste because they deserve it. They do not encourage any help to these people. In Malaysia these people have to get help from Chinese politicians.
In Indian culture nothing is worst then being born a girl. The family of the girl will have to pay all dowry for wedding. :agree:
I know as I am from Malaysia. I know Indian male colleagues that have received huge dowries depending on their job title. I know caste system is alive even in the a modern work place environment. :agree: Once my Indian engineer pointed out a high caste American Indian visitor by just knowing his name. :agree:

We also have a lot of jobs where the candidates need to clear the Working With Children's Check, so if someone has a record of even raising their hand on a child, then they will not pass the check. Australia is very careful in these matters.

Yeah very true although sometimes people manage to get through the cracks in the system, but overall we have a good record.
