A plan to destroy Pakistan, we must have a counterplan

Pakistan is in the state it is today due to foreign actors employing internal actors to blunt what should be the tip of the spear for the world of Islam.

A weak Pakistan is in the enemies of Islam's interest.
"... tip of the spear for the world of Islam." This sentiment is exactly the problem with Pakistani civic culture. You just can't decide. Islamic state or democratic state? Can't be both. By inculcating the idea that Pakistan should be governed by "Islam" you completely spoil the necessary civic values to make Pakistan turn away from "Elite Capture". No one knows what "Islamic governance" is, really. We've never seen a successful version of it. But whatever it is, it turns out to be authoritarian, the epitome of "Elite Capture".

There has been a very successful version of Islamic governance and jurisprudence for more than a thousand years. Its called Khilafah.

I have an observation.

Pakistani politicians have the unfortunate tendency to transfer officers from important posts in any institute and replace them with relatively pliant officers to serve their political ends when in power. This has become a tradition and it undermines merit and institutions. People give votes to politicians to work in the larger interests of the Public but Pakistani politicians will work to serve their political ends instead.

Just look at the condition of Police - undermined and underperforming due to obvious reasons. Pakistani Politicians get to decide who can serve them on important posts in Police.

It is understandable to de-seat an officer if he is found to be corrupt and working to undermine others. But it is a bad practice to de-seat an officer on strictly political grounds, or to go as far as to reshuffle posts. I am not sure how this is helpful.

Pakistani politicians such as on the post of Prime Minister find it difficult to get along with the military top brass as well. I am not sure why this is the case but the military is shaped to maintain discipline and respect its chain of command; COAS and DG-ISI are crucial posts that can work best with stability. It is not easy for any soldier to have a shot at these two coveted posts from within the institute. When a soldier takes charge of one of these posts, allow him to do his work even if you do not agree with him on all counts. On the other hand, COAS and DG-ISI should not get extensions. One term on these two posts should be the policy. This arrangement can ensure stability at the top and prevent anybody from getting cocky.

Would like to see your thoughts.
If sepoys can open the courts at midnight, they can very well reinstate the constitutional protections that were in place prior to Bhutto that allowed bureaucrats to refuse unlawful, unethical and immoral orders from the higher ups and politicians. Once those were removed by Bhutto, military's golden child, bureaucrats have been at the mercy of the powerful and have become one of the biggest enablers of corruption.

But the sepoys are only interested in amassing foreign assets and continued services to the western colonial enterprise.

Whatever USA wills for Pakistan that's what will happen. Right now it's better to have one man (Chief of Staff) running the country of 230m rather than breaking it up and having to control 4 or 5 Chiefs of staff of the newly emerged states.

Sadly this really does seem true. I really do just think they follow American orders.

These generals have not shown a single independent bone in their body to act in Pakistan's interests. They don't have the capability to reject American orders and act independently for what's good for them.

How in the world do you plan to jail nearly 50 millions people or however many it is 😭
Yeh bhi mai hi batao ? I give you a solution find a way around to do it... but you can mark my words in Golden, Pakistan will never see Peace until we make some crazy steps like these, Pashtoon's/Balouch they are all Tribal/violent/barbaric people, and they will always find excuses/reasons to create chaos in the country, these people are raised differently.

Your solution is totally unrealistic and won't happen

The solution to fixing Pakistan's economy is by stabilising Balochistan. If you are struggling to tame it then just consider demographic changes, take men from KP, Punjab, Sindh, Gilgit and create housing colonies and arm them. Literally collect poor people from slums from other parts of PK and relocate them.

Gwadar is Karachi 2.0 and can generate huge tax returns and industry !

unrealistic ? I don't think so, if you want a better Pakistan or rather a Pakistan you have to pull resources to do so, Start with Tribal Areas... take every mehsud or whatever tribe and put them in camps, educate them there, every Pashtoon should be transported back to KPK region and those camps, these people must be forced to drop their customs and culture, massive curfews must be imposed and if necessary their children should be taken and put them in Govt run schools (of course our govt schools ka tu Allah hi hafiz hai). But yes the idea is cruel and impossible but if done correctly Pakistan will see ever lasting peace, but without controlling the Pashtoons and Baloch, Pakistan has no future cause these people are not compatible with civilized societies, even in UAE specially in Al-Ain Area, Pashtoons/Afghans have started their Gunda gardi and Barbarism.

It could start or end with managing Baluchistan efficiently but Govt+military has short term solutions since every new Govt and COAS has different priorities.

Relocation had already happened in Balochistan. Pashtuns might outnumber Balochis living in Balochistan. No need to aggravate situation.

To placate Balochistan, the following steps can be taken by Pakistan government:

1. Build cost-effective apartment developments near industrial centers in Gwadar or with road access to them. These apartments can be given to the poorest of Balochis for free or at least for certain number of years until they earn enough income. China did something similar for its citizens that were dislocated due to national projects like dams, etc.
2. Set up industrial centers in populated areas along with vocational training schools. These schools can train people in manufacturing, mechanics skills, clerical work, etc.
3. Primary schools are set up to impart education, geared towards patriotism towards their country.
4. Some Baloch can be given loans & grants to start businesses, along with business management education to ensure they don't become typical Pakistani business suffering from nepotism.

Steps #2 and #3 have already been implemented in Waziristan after the army operation and have been pretty successful. You can see WSK's Mahaaz documentary.

As for Pashtuns, leave them alone as they are just fine with PTI. You won't see Pashtuns having independence sentiments like you do in Sindh & Balochistan. Neither are Pashtuns fighting for independence like Bengalis did.

Give the provinces their rights as per the Constitution and ensure they all have a stake in governing Pakistan. You can't have statements like "whoever wins Punjab wins Pakistan", ignore the socio-economic development of other provinces and then expect a stable country, lol.
