Frankly many indians do not have the on ground knowledge of Afghanistan.
Internet and Google can give your very little idea of the situation. Here everyone is taking a line and explain the issue from his point of view that can be wrong.
I am amazed to see even Indian journalist and establishment have a Google and Internet and news articles idea of what's is ground situation in Afghanistan.
And sadly that doesn't represent the Afghanistan.
That's really good. If the place the claim to love they don't know much about. Living in a place, getting the idea of it and knowing different players, topography, challenges etc would give you the real idea of things. India despite its many embassies lack that sadly.
