The fact remains that AFZAL GURU has confessed to his crimes on video.

The only contradiction is in Geelani's case, which is why he was let off by the courts. That Afzal Guru deserved the death penalty has been reiterated by our courts, right from the lower court, through the High court, to the supreme court.

Yes, that became costly to him. But you can easily say that it is forced. Atleast on basis of this you cant hang a person.

There is difference in Afzal case,

He always claimed that he was the one who bought and gave that ambassador car to terrorists. But he says that he did that becuse he was informed to do so by some STF officer whom he names it. Also he requested to check his call records saying that those STF members kept in touch with him. But no one cared to investigate if it is true,,
