A Pakistani Jew who speaks Urdu now living in Isreal

Things will get normal in coming years. All Muslim countries are going to accept Israel sooner or later . We will follow them.
Look even saudi arabia is going towards secular path slowly . First time they allowed cinemas, then lifting ban on woman driving, then allowed music concert, and they are encouraging and Spending heavily on tourism sector and beaches.
Secularism is the only way which leads towards progress but Not stone age mentality.
Things are going to get worst in the coming days , and you'll believe it when you see it , stay put and observe , btw lets get logical here , you think that if , if our government or any other party even conveys its thoughts about accepting Israel then the first thing you'll see will be mass riots and chaos in the Country ....

Pakistan's success at combating anti-Bangla sentiment suggests that once official encouragement of anti-Zionism and antisemitism ceases Pakistanis will feel free to follow their natural good impulses rather than feel compelled to exercise their worst ones.

Last Jewish family part is wrong.
I met Jewish people from Pakistan, who even took Pakistani passports in 20th century.

I’ve seen a synagogue in Lahore myself. The signs were obvious and the building was a bit hidden with a small entrance between large shops.

We do have a Jewish community, though very small. Most probably came from Afghanistan or Central Asia.

As near as I can tell, Jinnah chose to stay on the sidelines until he could tell for sure which way the wind would blow, then died before he decided anything.

While I suppose it's possible Jinnah may have secretly sympathized with the heavily-outnumbered Jews' struggle against surrounding Arab states and Arab terror within - a lesser echo of the violence of Partition - Pakistan was still under the British Crown, the Brits and Zionists were engaged in active hostilities, and the struggle for a Jewish State was the least of Jinnah's concerns at the time.

The Brits didn't recognize Israel until after Jinnah died. Jinnah's successor, Liaquat Ali Khan, was more Islamist(? not sure if that's the right word) than Jinnah and championed "Muslim brotherhood" - that is, hostility to anyone fighting a Muslim anywhere for any reason - so non-recognition of Israel became set as Pakistan's official policy.

Mods, there should be some rules about making up lies against our founding fathers.

@waz @Horus @Dubious @WebMaster

How is this guy allowed to stay here to peddle his fallacious theories and insult our country?

Well to be very honest, considering the current Pakistani culture, standard of living, politics etc., Israel would be a better place for Pakistani of any religious background.

Check out the comments on YouTube by the Pakistanis...this nation of ours really seems hopeless sometimes.

You can start by settling there. Make sure to tell us your experiences.

Establishing diplomatic relations with Israel seems to be the new "in" thing among select progressives in Pakistan. These elements label those who do not agree with them anti-Semites, cavemen and Arab lapdogs among other "alqaab".

These people fail to and/or purposely ignore the ideology that brought about the birth of our nation-state and it's purpose as a fort of Islam in today's world.

If one goes by their logic, it seems that all of Pakistan's problems will be solved by recognizing Israel. These people ironically enough are the ones who justify the killing of Semites behind the smokescreen of anti-Semitism.

The reason for this rant is that many here, equate anti-Semitism with anti-zionism which is just plain wrong. Zionism is an ideology, an expansionist and apartheid one at that, whereas Judaism is the religion of those who follow Musa A.S. Israel is a ZIONIST state which uses Judaism as a scapegoat
to justify it's injustices.

P.S. Try some critical thinking instead of soaking up Ben Shapiro's pro-Israel rhetoric like a good goy

If pakistan can have relations with USA without any fair reason except weapons which also no longer is pakistans priority why cant it have relations with Israel??? I bet only by having diplomatic relations with Israel, pakistan can play a huge role in easing the problems between palestine and israel.

Why is it a big deal? Sometimes i don't understand the stupid things that make news.

A Jew flies to Israel, big deal.

A newsworthy item would be a Jew flies to Pakistan or Saudi Arabia.
