On topic:

It doesn't matter actually if Iran is slightly better than Turkey or vice versa.
The important thing is that 2 countries have 'great' potential to achieve foremost points in science and tech.Iran and Turkey are leading the Muslim world in science.I would love to see both countries cooperate in science fields and develop a regional hub for major scientific branches.

Pakistan also has a great potential to become a tech-giant.
