you answered your own question....i dont even need to tell you who is a foreigner in Indian subcontinent, muslims demanded a separate state, they were given pakistan.
if anybody wants to live in a muslim country pakistan should take them in, but as far as India is concerned we are not giving you anything with Kashmiris, well we can pay loads of money if you want...
