A little Pakistani girl attending one of the kindergartens in Armenia was subjected to systematic violence because of father is Muslim

I dont understand how did he end up in Armenia ? How did he get a visa ? I think the child father is Pakistani origin but different nationality. Pakistan embassy or consulate in Baku should be notified but I guess no use our diplomats are asleep.
