Afghans only end up getting $200/month salary, which was a bargain compared to how much US would have endup spending if they have to replace all the ANA, ANSF and local contractors with American troops.

As per mussraff, Pakistan only received fraction of CSF every installment, nearly half of the announced CSF would end-up in US for so called “administrative things” even before it was disbursed . Rest you can guess what happened to $85 billion.

JF-17 block I and II are mediocre jets compared to what is available in the market.

JF-17 blk 1&2 are mediocre compare to what? F-16 Blk 15/25 or Eurotyphoon?

Most countries are still equipped with Mig-29, basic F-16 Blk 15, F-5E, F/A-18, F-4 phantom and Mig-21.

Then u need to look at the cost and maintenance cost.

F-22 is so expensive to maintain while spend little time in air that USAF wants to retire it.

Blk 1 and 2 in fact are much better than most aircraft mention. But many countries are waiting for Blk 3 to met future threats.
