True, Japan is probably the most xenophobic country I've experienced. They will not accept the tens of millions of Taiwanese, Hong kongese, Filipino's, Indian, Bengali's or Nepali's who are just fukking dying to get here.

I can't comment on this behavior because I'm just a PR here, nothing more. Will go where ever work takes me next.

You really stand out here as there are just a handful of foreigners here. Japan is certainly different to the last half a dozen countries I've lived in.

Sounds like Parsis on a nation wide scale.

Japan is on the same level as the US, only better in some aspects....there is no crime here, people are calm and quiet, civilized, outstanding food and amenities/ infrastructure, no riff raff, no garbage..........enough said.

Don't get me wrong, it's not for everyone!

Very bad here bro.......Japan is in a perpetual recession. It will never end.

Only some areas in Tokyo Osaka and Yokohama booming, but the rest of the country....shit, we are losing 300,000 citizens per year and there is a total population implosion. Coupled with the Japanese xenophobia, here property market is dead in the water.

Many small Japanese town many houses empty as the kids move to bigger cities, the parents die off or move to nursing homes and the houses lie vacant.

There are 8 million empty homes in Japan! Just imagine......lol In rural Japan, you can buy a small house for $50.........but no one wants to as the small town only has old people and half the houses are empty!

Japan has some serious population decline issues now. Not enough people and they won't allow foreigners to come here.

i will love to stay on these peaceful places with old people .
