man I never knew anything like this existed in India...the pictures are real and not animated or photoshopped...its amzing..is it already complete or still under construction..i mean the whole lavasa city ??

It is completed and real city people live there. You can visit there to see it from ur own eyes.

Now, the next phase of development in Lavasa city is going on.

When I was there phase 1, and IIRC 2 were completed. This is about 30% completion, but still a very big area. They said the schools will be ready in 2012, and the whole city will be complete and fully functional by 2020. The best part about this place is that it is in the midst of nature, away from the usual hustle bustle of a city. If you work there you wont want to go anywhere else on vacation that often.
