A Big UTurn on Justice Qazi Faez Isa's Case Verdict || Details by Siddique Jaan

Establishment wants to make Justice Issa an example after he summoned heads of intelligence agencies in missing person case while working as Balochistan hight court judge.

Government on the other hand knows that he would become Chief Justice of Pakistan around election time in 2023 and they don't wana risk the election results by having some one honest as Justice Issa.

Itna honest hai tu raceedien dekha kar case khatum karday. IK even showed receipts from 1987 but this honest judge cannot show them from 2003.

He is not honest otherwise he would have presented money trail a year ago and case would have been done and dusted in one hour.

It is always tradition of Pakistanis that they first goes for ras-gullas and after that they goes in details, the reasons are:
  • Low IQ to understand the consequences.
  • To efficiently utilise the wastage of money on ras-gullas.
  • Immediate satisfaction for sweet tooth requirements.

By the way this is such a lazy logic.

Each and everyday, there are Pakistani twitter accounts that abuse the army. Then there is a newspaper like Dawn, who dont let an opportunity go to malign the army. But the powerful establishment let these people go!

For most of the people who cant think too much, a barometer of honesty is a judge who makes high sounding judgements against army. This is incredibly naive.

In between the 13 months this case went on, the judge made extremely cheap and below the belt comments against Imran Khan's wives - present and former. He made such comments against the president and even those judges who opposed his insistence on sitting in the bench while charges were against him.

Honest?
And your definition of honest is?

There are very few people in Pakistan’s judicial history who have upheld the constitution at any cost. The late justice Fakhruddin G Ebrahim, Justice Athar Minhullah and Justice Qazi Faez Isa are some who have, but there are very few other names that come to mind when one reads the history of the Pakistani judiciary, which is tainted by the validation of martial laws and its support for the invisible forces undermining democracy.

Honest?
And your definition of honest is?

He also questioned ISI role in Faizabad Dharna ,,

"....Isa headed the famous Quetta commission inquiry case, and his verdict was unprecedented as he held the powerful spy agencies responsible for their negligence. His latest verdict, on the 2017 Faizabad sit-in case, can be termed as one of the most fearless decisions in the country’s recent judicial history. Isa wrote in that judgment that the invisible forces backed the sit-in and were also curbing the freedom of the press...."

We all know who was behind Faizabad dharma.

Really?? Below the belt comment is a criteria to fire a Supreme Court Judge??

You must be kidding me.

Do you have 3 houses in London but you earn in rupees in Pakistan? No? Should you ask custodians of law how they make 3 flats in a different country while their income cannot get them one?

We need a just and credible chief justice. This person has failed to prove himself that.

Lol I think we need to get of this mentality of treating military as "scarred cow". They are equally corrupt as any one else in the country.

As a judge if any one goes to court , court has the right to ask intelligence agencies regarding missing persons. He questioned them within the jurisdiction of constitution of Pakistan. It must have hurt ego of the big names of intelligence agencies, as how dare the court summoned them.

You can chose to keep your eyes close and abuse Justice Issa. However I ll stand with honesty and integrity.

Sir I am not here to defend him. But he is being victimised by establishment for his earlier decisions. Why not judge him on the basis of his decision?? If he has given any decisions other than merit and unconstitutional hang him.

But we all know why he is being targeted.

This mantra of corruption is what has failed PTI's government so far. The bring this against any one who they want to remove.

He is as far from 'honest' as they come. To start with if you don't know he is a close friend of CJ iftikhar Chaudhry and belongs to the same group. He is the one who closed inquiry into hudabia paper mills and cleared Sharif name in an extremely controversial judgment which was reopened after supreme court orders, he was very vocal publically in support of plmn during Panama trial. Can you give me a reason why plmn is supporting him so ferociously? The enmity he has towards armed forces is not just as recent as faizabad case, he has a history of vile tantrums against army.

There is a game being played against the army and the current gov using judiciary as a front, Musharraf verdict the wordings used, taking petitions against army chief, releasing terrorists convicted by military courts, support to PTM, PIA ACM case, repeated bails even on Sundays while breaking all the protocol. People like Athar ullah Minal, Faiz esa, Waqar Ahmed Seth and many others are not acting in a vacuum, it's all interconnected. Hope you consider this point of view as well.

Justice issa failed to prove tge sources of income for his assets abroad. That's dishonest enough

No game is played against the army, stop this paranoia. No one can take army heads on in Pakistan. Just see the number of institutes headed by retired army generals. Army is in complete command of the country.

Musharaf verdict was in accordance with constitution of Pakistan. He breached the oath that he took as a cadet. If you don't like the law you can change it, but how can you blame some one who merely interprets the law.

Any ways this is a completely different topic.

Yeah.
No other country drags their military in the court for conducting counter insurgency operations to save civilian lives from terrorists.
Its a shame and shows judges affiliation with terrorist elements
