All Pakistanis, irrespective of their political affiliation agree to the VERY FAIR DEMAND of having FRESH ELECTIONS UNDER FREE ELECTION COMMISSION AND REFORMED ELECTORAL SYSTEM.

This FAIR DEMAND though doesn't have a SIMPLE SOLUTION of its EXECUTION and the end result is a big DIVIDE between ONE TYPE of LEADERS & FANS and OTHER SIDE OF LEADERS & LOVERS. Despite, both ends having common points of plan execution the RIGID APPROACH to APPROACH this BIG GOAL has ruined everything so far.

Even if NAWAZ SHARIF AND/OR SHAHBAZ SHARIF resign/s today, a NATIONAL INTERIM GOVERNMENT SETUP is not possible in a matter of few days. Same is the case of bringing REFORMS in EC and its PROCESS. This process will take at least 1.5 YEARS and PAKISTAN TODAY CAN NOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS BIG HOLIDAY for INTERNAL ISSUES for TWO REASONS:

• AT FIRST, its a NOW or NEVER SITUATION with INDIA as PAKISTAN'S LEGAL FIGHT OVER KISHAN-GANGA CAN TURN INTO BIGGEST DEFEAT AFTER BAGLIHAR. INDIA would love to have PAKISTAN WITHOUT CHIEF EXECUTIVE & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITIES and WILL TRY TO KEEP AGENCIES AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITIES BUSY in INTERNAL ISSUES.
• SECOND but not the LEAST is OPERATION ZARB-E-AZAB and everyone in PAKISTAN knows how CRITICAL this OPERATION is for PAKISTAN to COOP with THE CULT on SUICIDE MISSION "A PAKISTANI VARIANT OF ISIS". PAK ARMY'S ABILITY TO STRIKE is being demoralized if NATION pays MORE ATTENTION TO DANCE DHARNAS THAN TO STAND BY THEIR FORCES.

What can be done then..? Looks like a million dollar question here, but, situation can be eased out by understanding and accepting only logical and practical solutions. As a PAKISTANI, I too think about possibilities and suggest the following:

1. CONSTITUTE COMMITTEE UNDER IMRAN KHAN to SUGGEST REFORMS IN ELECTORAL PROCESS.
2. PARLIAMENT TO BE USED TO APPROVE AMENDMENTS IN CONSTITUTION.
3. NEW ELECTION COMMISSION THROUGH PARLIAMENT (CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS).
4. LOCAL BODIES ELECTIONS TO BE HELD NOT LATER THAN END OF 3 YEARS OF THIS GOVERNMENT.
5. REFERENDUM FOR EARLY ELECTIONS (CONDUCT IT DURING LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS).
6. IF REFERENDUM RESULTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF EARLY ELECTIONS THEN 15-30 DAYS PERIOD TO DISSOLVE ALL ASSEMBLIES AND CONSTITUTE INTERIM NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SETUP & 90-120 DAYS TO CONDUCT FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS.
7. IF REFERENDUM RESULTS ARE AGAINST THEN LET THE GOVERNMENT COMPLETE ITS TENURE WITHOUT ANY DHARNA POLITICS (EXTREME LEVEL UNPOPULAR DECISIONS ARE EXCEPTION HERE).
8. REFERENDUM RESULTS FOR EARLY ELECTIONS SHOULD PASS 60% TO AVOID ELECTION BUDGET ISSUES ON 10% MARGIN.
9. DR. QADRI CAN BE GIVEN A ROLE IN NATIONAL INTERIM SETUP ONLY (IN CASE EARLY ELECTIONS ARE CALLED IN REFERENDUM) BETWEEN THAT HE CAN CHAIR A COMMITTEE OF RECOMMENDING MEMBERS OF NATIONAL INTERIM SETUP, PLAYING A ROLE OF SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR PAKISTAN'S A-TEAM of POLITICAL LEADERSHIP.
10. CURRENT GOVERNMENT MUST REMAIN FREE TO FULFILL ITS ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND FOLLOW ITS POLITICAL AGENDA OF DELIVERANCE.

Summary of all that I have said is:

• Constitute committee under Imran Khan to finalize Reforms in Election Commission.
• Parliament to endorse those reforms and make them part of constitute.
• Dr. T. Qadri to head committee for nominating Interim Setup Members.
• Local Bodies Elections and Referendum (to know if Nation wants early elections or not) at the end of Year 3 of this government.
• If 60% of referendum results ask for early election, dissolve assemblies in 15-30 days time and new elections to be held in 90-120 days time.

Whatever above is written proves that we PAKISTANIS are not SHEEP anymore and have brains to

think about our LAND,
know the PROBLEMS,
and present SOLUTIONS.​
