That is a pretty idiotic statement. A 9 year old kid does not know how to pick his nose right. He did what he was forced to do. Charge the boy's family for murder and ruining the boy's life at the same time. That's all that needs to be done, in this particular case.

No not at all. There is a slight variance , in the Western world they normally kill the wife, lover, husband, family, parents etc because their honour is hurt, It is tantamount to the same thing. I am truly sickened by what I see around me in the US, a daily carnage hidden in the local news, what's worse is that people in power don't want change and the families of the victims are resigned to suffering in silence.
