This is where the IQ and common sense aspect of our society really comes to forefront

It started off with right correct thing , collect unpaid gas fine! how it ended up as this is unknown
That should have won Police praise for enforcing the law , and promotions

The kid should be discharged , the "adult" should be arrested whose name is on the unpaying customer

That poor soul. Pakistan's justice system just doesn't make sense anymore; charging babies for murder, charging innocent minorities with blasphemy; a radical change is needed right about now!

  • Can you imagine , someone txts anyone with 19 dollar phone from random pay as you go card phone , a insulting comment and then calls police you are insulting anyone - yep simple as that
  • Generally , there should be "low level" courts for quick decisions on topics like this cases that can be solved in 5 minute review

Is this a joke or.......

One might laugh but this points to some SERIOUS issues with the Pakistani justice system, doesn't inspire much confidence at all.q

If a French court can summon a dog to testify anything can happen in this world.
Oh yea that was hillarious!

A nine-year-old dog was called to the witness stand in a French court in an attempt to identify the man believed to have murdered the pooch's owner.

The Labrador, named Tango, was called to the witness stand in a court in Tours, a city in central France, during a preliminary hearing to confirm the allegations against its owner's suspected killer.

The judge ordered the suspect to threaten the canine with a bat, with the idea being that Tango's reactions could be used to identify or rule out the suspect, 'RTL radio' reported.

To keep the test fair, a second dog named Norman, of the same age and breed as Tango, was brought in to serve as the

'control group'.

According to The Local, the experiment ended up being a total failure.

However, this is not the first time a French court has allowed canine witnesses.

Last month a vet was asked by a court in Paris to give his expert analysis of a dalmatian's physical reactions, when the dog was shown the faces of two murder suspects.

Based on the dog's reactions the vet told the court it was likely the pair were responsible for the murder of the canine's owner.

In 2008, a dog named "Scooby" became the first animal to appear as a witness in a murder trial.

The dog was believed to have been with its 59-year-old owner when she was found hanging from the ceiling of her Paris flat.

The pooch was called into a French court and "barked furiously" when shown a possible suspect.

Baby no more among murder suspects - DAWN.COM

LAHORE: Muslim Town police discharged on Saturday nine-month-old Mohammad Musa from a case of attempted murder lodged by the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines.

The case had been registered against members of a family and dozens of other inhabitants of Muslim Town after they allegedly attacked a bailiff and raiding team of the SNGPL after it went there to arrest people involved in gas theft.

Musa had already been granted a confirmed pre-arrest bail by a sessions court against surety bonds of Rs50,000.

Talking to Dawn, SSP Abdul Rab confirmed deletion of the baby’s name from the FIR.
He said the controversy was a result of misunderstanding as the list of the accused provided to police by the gas company’s raiding team made no mention of their ages.:hitwall:

So they provided a list of raiding team? People actually gave out their names while "raiding" and the poor child's name was given out?!

And stupid police went by it? Man someone must have paid them some good money to actually go against common sense

I barely remember when it last made sense! :cray:
