As usual you come here with your 99 % of trolling and whine to the mods to ban other trolls.

If Assad was worthy of any respect he would leave office voluntarily. His role in all this has created a great divide in Syria, his absence from direct political control can possibly make reconciliation possible. As it is he simply is clinging to power on the bodies of his dead countrymen, as expected of third rate dictators.

I feel sorry you dont know anything, No human being would ever leave a responsibility and there is CHAOS. How would you like it if you general in a war, was fighting and in the middle of a fight he quits? Think out side the box please

Gush, you are high i think.First go and educate yourself and learn what 'President' means. No need for further argument with a guy who pretends to know anything, but actually knows nothing.
And i tell you no one cares what you think of the ones who are ruling in Iran. The people decide who they want to rule them, just like when you Indians let the British rule and rob their country for hundreds of years.Maybe they liked them huh?

No need to get combative . If you think something needs to be explained , go ahead otherwise leave it . No need to bring my country into it .You bring in the Brits in a conversation that has nothing to do with them and everything to do with Iran and you accuse me of being high

Btw i know what ' president' means , my country has had a democratic culture longer than yours but i like most people think Nejad is a nutcase and that most Iranians want him as president is a bit of a surprise . But as you said what i as an outsider say doesn't matter.

Carry on .

His continued existence on the political stage serves as a rallying point to the oppositions cause. It is his responsibility to leave power and leave the work of fixing Syria to those who are competent, and those who are simply less polarizing.

What great divide? Believe less West propaganda, there are tens of thousands who oppose Assad in the country of 23 mln, not exactly a great divide.

Also if Assad steps down and someone from his office continues his work, nothing would change for the better - Syria would still be fighting against armed terrorists, West/Arabs would continue demanding that power would be given to their selected opposition, etc. If not - West/arabs would keep sending terrorists, government would keep defending the country, till Syria's enemies on the basis of "humanitarian reasons" would start another war.

The best solution for all this mess is to implement new constitution, with free elections following after. But guess what, West are against that, adamantly insisting that opposition would keep fighting instead of negotiating. Why? Because Assad is very popular, and opposition is very small and divided, hence free elections doesnt suit West, they want Assad dead or gone, therefore fighting will go on.

Now i think People don't like Ahmadinejad like two years ago because of some of economical policies. But in 2009,he had much more supporters. If you think he is nuts,it's your opinion, however i don't usually insult somebody that i don't like. What has he done that you think he is nuts?
