I repeat mirage 2000 are 1980 machines, only two mirages have been ugraded till now, 5 more years required to modify them, even after modification, they will be not become raptors. Go and check the upgradtion details.

You Say MKI Serviceability is less than 50%, which was true in year 2012
Defence Minister of India says, they had achieved 59% in 2014, and nearly 70% now.

Mirage 2000s are 1980s machine, ie they were inducted in 1986-88,
as far as age is concerned, they are no older than the bulk of F16 A/Bs operated by PAF, and Like Pak F16s they are undergoing MLUs
and if you compared the Mirage MLU with F16 MLUs then you will find that Mirage upgrades are superior, infact Mirage 2000V5 upgrade is closer in capability to Rafale F1 Standard, than to F16 BLK 40

As far as Mig 21 Bisons are concerned, they are no less capable than the F-7PGs operated by PAF, hence they would be Retired after the Mig27s

If you want to compare Your 1960s hand out Mirage 3/5 which are commonly refered to as the Flying Coffins of PAF, you can compare them to Mig27s,

While the Rose upgraded mirages can be compared to IAF Jaguars
While your Upgraded F16s are comparable to upgraded Mig29s

Those upgrded mirages can carry the air launched cruise missile and precision guided missiles with night attack capabilities. Go and do some homs work also. Only bvr capability is not the end of thus world. There is lot more of jet capabilities then bvr capability only.
