8 Pakistani cities feature in world's deadliest cities index

Sukkur and Hasu Khel? Never heard of any bomb blasts in Sukkur.
There was just one blast in sukker at isi office 2 years back and was a small blast. Hassu khel well I dont know of any blast or attack there.

hey hey pindi and isb ? that's too much !
Many attacks happened in past 8,9 years altogether, may be it is about the collective result, not just recent.

There is a difference genius, target killers do not target the STATE.

Target killers have attacked policemen (who enforce the laws of the state) countless times.

And since when did terrorism =/= violence against the state?
Terrorism is commonly defined as violent acts (or the threat of violent acts) intended to create fear (terror), perpetrated for an economic,[1] religious, political, or ideological goal, and which deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (e.g., neutralmilitary personnel or civilians). Another common definition sees terrorism as political, ideological or religious violence by non-state actors.

This is the definition I've heard all my life.

Mere bhai in the article it mentions " lilelihood of terror attacks based on historic trends"
Obviously they must have defined what a terrorist attack constitutes before analyzing the data. And most possibly they did not consider sectarian, ethnic or target killing as constituting terror attack

Do you think they'd consider the attack on Ismailis or the bomb blast in the Shia mosque a terrorist attack?
