Those systems won't save you. You'll be lucky to block 1 nuke, let alone 130 of them. We've already built counter-measures. Besides, if those systems were so effective, India would have started a war by now. Clearly your government and army is not as confident about them as you are.

The IAF has not improved, if anything it has gotten worse. Your Air Force has the highest crash rate throughout the world. Part of it is due to old equipment, but many other countries including us have just as old (in some cases older) equipment and don't crash anywhere near as much.
