well unlike your nation here in india beurocracy , judiciarry and police are free and they work and none of the courts in india found any evidence of misconduct against NaMo in 2002 riots its a game congress played after NaMo came to power in 2002 and all indian media is hounding him since then

well all indian english media which is owned by congress and its party members was and is against NaMo and so is the the foriegn media like BBC as deu to NaMo ever since he came there NGOs and realted institutions could not do there work in india like before but since pakistanies are a very emotional and agrerssive nation they dont really bother to listen or at least think but then does it matter ?

well NaMo just by default became BJP supremo as there is a very strong democracy in BJP itself and NaMo isnt the only leader in BJP as BJP keeps getting its young leaders from student wing ABVP & village (panchayat elections ) which after watching there at least 5 to 10 years of work get promoted to fighting local municpality elections and after accesing there work from there they are promoted to Lolcal Assembally/state level and then to national parliament level while in congress its ghandi family which takes deccissions and often those who are the biggest boot lickers of the ghandi family get the ticket hence congress is where it is and BJP is where it is

The situation remains the same today also. There is NO opposition leader worth his salt who can take on NaMo

But again whose fault is this? They never allowed other leaders to grow within Congress....since start only one family has all the decision making powers in Congress(except few exceptions for short times) and they are imposing an incompetent leader as Congress supremo.... Clearly It is not the case with BJP where all the tall leaders are self made and power centre keeps changing over time.

Even before 2014 election Modi had 70%+ popularity. Do not conflate popular votes with popularity. Modi get less seats/votes than he should based on his popularity because of lack of BJP's organizational strength in large part of country where people vote for regional parties because BJP candidate is not capable of winning anyway.
