What needs to be looked into is why Indian meds were available in the area & not Pakistani?

Indian medicine are easily available in markets in Peshawar bro,have personally bought them from Karkhano market.

If Karkhano, then i can see where they are coming from. Smuggled from Afghanistan to Landi Kotal & then brought into city.....all these meds are made in all metro cities across Pakistan, need to have an imported one that too from India doesn't make sense....I will have to check for Meds during my next trip to Peshawar, usually am in Peshawar, for all other reasons
