Sindh Province has capacity for 60K Megawatt wind energy but our government is working for benefit business class instead of people by not choosing these shemes

With so many coal power plants being built, we should try to get some offset local production in the deal...

Wind Energy is suitable in Coastal Areas of Sind and Balochistan. They can produce thousands of megawatts. I think In Punjab the only friendly area is the Salt Ranges

boss i can't see a single panel yet :(

Sabr karo. :enjoy:

Well for wind energy, Coastal areas are much suited since there is a constant and strong flow of wind. Punjab doesn't enjoy much potential in wind energy. Solar energy, yes they are establishing Quaid E Azam solar energy park in Cholistan that will produce around (1000???) MV. Plus the cheapest energy is produced from hydral, alternative energy sources are amongst the most expensive ones for the time being.

Sorry to know that....

I'm younger. :D
Don't mind him, he has become something like AZADPAKISTAN2009 or like Nishan_101.....

Nope, not cheapest - but most expensive. The ROI is definitely not good. However these are green technologies and have their place in the energy mix.
