You might be being facetious , but if you study the bbc coverage on india , the bbc's anti india bias has been well documented.
Indira gandhi even banned bbc in the 70s for its anti india coverage.
Eg the doklam coverage , all international news agencies were either neutral or in india's favour on the result. But bbc gave it a anti india tilt. Or see their IPL coverage , only concentrates on the scandals. Pietersen called them out on their petty coverage.
I see it as sheer jealousy . They cant get over the fact that we kicked them out and are doing ok from the basket case that they left us as.
They would rather that we were in pakistan's condition with ppl still discussing whether its a failed state.
Now i await the usual knee jerk reaction from you guys.

Every country in the world charges for transportation. Every nation look for its interests. It is only banana govt of Pakistan that doesn't charge any $$ for the passage of these trucks. Heavy convoys passing through Pakistan into Afghanistan destroys Pakistani roads, delays port operations and require police/Rangers and other security institutions for security and Pakistan which is a poor country has to pay for all this. They have not paid route tax which is much higher collectively then their aid, also we lose 120billion $ due to them which they have not paid.

Another thing, tangentially, British born Bharati people are very much more "coconouts" than British born Pakistanis.

Many of them don't speak their native language or would prefer to hide this.

This is a whole other discussion .
Should migrants still cling to their countries of origin or assimilate in their chosen countries ?
Lots of coconuts in india who have never set foot in a western country. Countries from the sub continent and singapore still have a lot of their education and office work in english. India has no official language, so difficult to impose a single language without inciting regional issues.
But as a engineer i can tell u , not using your own natural language can detract from the subject being taught. Very few ppl are 100 % comfortable in english. And concepts can be lost in trying to understand the english.
